I DID IT!!!
My Stats:
Starting Weight: 160 lbs  Current Weight: 150 lbs  Lost: 10 lbs
Starting Left Arm: 13 in  Current Left Arm: 11.5  Lost: 1.5 in
Starting Right Arm: 12.5 in  Current Right Arm: 11.75  Lost:  .75in
Starting Waist: 33 in  Current Waist: 32.5  Lost:  .5 in
Starting Hips: 41 in  Current Hips: 39.25  Lost: 1.75 in
Starting Left Leg: 23 in  Current Left Leg: 21.63  Lost: 1.38 in
Starting Right Leg: 23.5 in  Current Right Leg: 22.38  Lost: 1.13 in

Overall I have lost 10 (exactly on the dot!) pounds and 7 inches total!! I lost the most in my hips and the least in the smallest part of my waist. I am on my way to success.

In one more month I should be at about 140lbs and hopefully more inches lost! I am wanting to lose about 5 more inches by this time next month.

One month tomorrow!
So tomorrow I will be weighing and measuring! I am excited. I have consistently worked out 3 times per week, I have eaten more healthy (with a few slip ups here and there) and have all around being doing so much better taking care of myself.

I recently joined 24 hour fitness, its funny how challenging it is to workout in front of a lot of people you don't know. Usually when I workout alone I tend to give up sooner. Tonight when I went to workout I did the ellyptical (don't know how to spell that!) for 30 mins all at once. Usually I can't go any more after 15 minutes! I am also looking forward to doing the classes, I haven't ventured out to do that quite yet.

I will be posting my measurements tomorrow and my weight too!!
